During the first 72 hours following the purchase, should a veterinarian certify that, at the time of purchase the puppy is unfit for sale you must notify The Puppy Patch LLC retailer within one business day. Written certification from a veterinarian must be presented to this retailer no later than one business day following the reciept thereof. A puppy is not determined unfit for sale on account of an injury sustained or illness contracted after a customer takes possesion of the puppy, or for any condition disclosed at the time of purchase. A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parisites is not grounds for declairing a dog unfit for sale.
RETURN POLICY - 48 hour RETURN POLICY - ANTI-IMPULSEThe Puppy Patch LLC makes every effort possible to provide the finest companion pet and to encourage the customer to make informed decisions before purchasing a pet.Reasons such as allergies, landlord disputes, family disputes, change of heart, incompatibility with other animals, behavioral issues, etc. are not considered appropriate reasons to return a puppy. In accordance, no return, refund, or exchange will be available unless one of the following conditions is met:A veterinarian certifies, in writing, the pet to have been unfit for sale at the time of purchase and other requirements provided by South Carolina law have been met. If this condition is met, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price.At the sole discretion of the The Puppy Patch LLC Manager, the purchaser makes a decision to return the puppy within forty-eight hours of purchase. If this condition is met, the customer must pay a return administration fee equaling 50% of the puppy's purchase price or $350 (whichever is greater). Return administrations fees may not be financed.
